Who’s our real president? Joe Biden — or the staffers who keep walking back his comments?

Is Joe Biden President? That’s the question to ask after staffers walked back Biden’s latest remarks on Taiwan.

During his rather uneven “60 Minutes” interview with Scott Pelley last weekend, Biden firmly and clearly announced that the United States would defend Taiwan in the event of a Chinese invasion.

This was a dramatic statement, and a substantial shift from America’s traditional policy of “strategic ambiguity” on Taiwan, in which our response to Chinese saber-rattling over the island nation was essentially “fool around and find out.” Biden was not at all ambiguous: If China went to war with Taiwan, it would be war with the United States and its allies...........

WOW...I have reached an age wherein I will not be called upon by military recruiters to go fight TraitorJOEZ "Wag the Dog" war of incompetence. Then again, I am not too old to be draft-eligible in Putinz Russia. My point is, it will be young men dying in a WWIII grinder brought on by self-serving Octogenarians. You seemed like a stickler about the US Constitution. What happened?

Just to refresh your memory, only the U.S. Congress Can Declare War, NOT the President !!! You might want to re evaluate your position to maintain your credibility !!!

Stoner, providing the Ukrainians with weapons is NOT declaring war, and never has been.

Biden has made it clear that if the Russians step over the line into NATO territory, they will be in a war. They know that, so they don't.

That makes NATO a sanctuary, just like North Vietnam or China was. Just as the Soviets and Chinese poured weapons into fight us in Vietnam, and we could not do shit about it, now we have the Russians trapped in Ukraine.

We can arm the Ukrainians with everything we have, and let THEM fight a war, bleed, die, and crush the Russians. WE are NOT at war. We're just using a war to destroy Russia completely. Thank God!

This is COMPLETELY within the President's purview. Selling weapons? That takes no declaration of war at all. Never has.

Russia is our enemy. The Soviet Union was, and Putin's Russia is. And we're NOT at war with them. They invaded the Ukraine, and we're going to use that, without going to war, to crush Russia like the snakes they are.

The Biden Administration has demonstrated its incompetence repeatedly, be it the pathetic surrender of Afghanistan, ultimately into the Chi-Comz sphere of influence, or TraitorJOEZ many bungled foreign policy pronouncements, the Biden Administration's Incompetence practically invited Putin into attacking Ukraine. Putin took Crimea during Obamaz reign, and now they are taking the Dombras region while TraitorJOEZ minding the store. If it ain't pure incompetence, then the only other option is full-blown Treason becuz DemRATZ would then have to be doing this damage to our Nation on purpose, in exchange for regular payoffs from the Chi-Comz via the Biden Organized Crime family, which is probably far more likely an explanation.

Biden is right to tell China we will fight them if they try to take Taiwan. Taiwan is a free country and we should defend them. By making it clear that we will fight them if they do, we make it far, far less likely they wil try.

Of course we should provide weapons to defend Ukraine. Letting unfree Russia simply take over another free country simply the leader claims it is insane.
