BOMBSHELL: Arizona Senate Resolution Threatens Arrest Of Maricopa County Board For Failure To Adhere To Subpoena For Election Equipment & Ballots.

The Arizona Senate is set to pass a contempt resolution finding that the Maricopa County Board has failed to comply with a subpoena demanding access to elections equipment and ballots cast in the November election, with the potential threat of arrest alluded to in the sure-to-pass resolution.
The Associated Press reported Wednesday:
The Senate introduced the resolution Wednesday afternoon. Timing on a full Senate vote is unclear, but all 16 Republican senators are listed as sponsors, meaning it is virtually certain to pass.
If the resolution is enacted, the five members of the county board could be arrested for failing to comply. It authorizes Senate President Karen Fann to take “all legal action” needed to enforce the subpoena.
The document (in full below) demands:
That the President of the Arizona Senate take all legal action pursuant to section 41-1153, Arizona Revised Statutes, to enforce the subpoena.
Section 41-1153 states:
A. If a witness neglects or refuses to obey a legislative subpoena, or, appearing, neglects or refuses to testify, the senate or the house may, by resolution entered in the journal, commit him for contempt.
B. A witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpoena may be arrested by the sergeant-at-arms and brought before the senate or house upon authority of a copy of the resolution signed by the president or speaker, and countersigned by the secretary or chief clerk.
The Senate has demanded access to voting machines and all 2.1 million ballots cast in the election. The board has said it can’t comply because ballots are sealed by law and the voting machines the Senate wants to examine need to remain secure.
Board Chairman Jack Sellers said Wednesday he was frustrated that the Senate was threatening to find the board in contempt, saying he met personally with Senate President Karen Fann and thought both sides agreed to try to settle the issue.
“I want to be clear: the county will participate in any court hearing with the Senate if they plan to argue the restrictions on ballots should be waived,” Sellers said in a statement. “Instead of suggesting that we are violating the laws the Legislature wrote, they should turn their attention to finding a solution.
“If they truly believe in the legality of their position, they will join us in seeking a solution through the courts,” Sellers said.

Instead of taking Knowledge on trust, it became tolerable to apply critical thinking, and use reasoning, observations, evidence and experiment.
Mathematics is the greatest language developed by humans for testing Logic in a proposition, and various Mathematicians like Edward Solomon, Bobby Piton and Dr Shiva (including teams of others behind the scenes) have alerted us to all sorts of anomalies in the US Election.
The most obvious is Frequency Analysis. Benford’s Law observes frequencies in the appearance of lower numbers, so that when there are sudden appearances of high numbers, financial institutions use it as a fraud alert. The large overnight ballot-dumps for Biden triggered Benford’s Law in the minds of Mathematicians.
Frequency Analysis also applies to the occurrence of Names, as well as numbers, which Bobby Piton used to find large anomalies in Poll Registers. His research was reinforced by a team of door-knockers in Arizona who discovered around 30% of voters were phantoms.
Edward Solomon’s work is another example of frequency analysis in which he found neighbouring precincts incrementing votes at identical rates. For example, 66% of precincts in Fulton County showed votes accumulating at algorithmic rates, which is impossible if they were counting random ballots.
This is why we are seeing collusion among supporters of the Biden regime, including RINOs, to prevent any access to Election Records, because they know the Mathematics won’t add up for Biden.
Instead of living in Enlightened times, we now have rulers insisting on their populations taking information on trust, and not asking any awkward questions. Galileo was threatened by the Pope with torture, and accepted House Arrest. Modern Americans who challenge ‘The Uniparty Narrative’ now find themselves facing persecution. When Mathematicians are ignored by our rulers, it is quite literally a return to the mentality of the Dark Age.

Matt Braynard was on with Steve Bannon and the War Room crew today and he discussed the 2020 election results that he and his team uncovered after the election. Matt Braynard from the data integrity project has identified a number of fraudulent votes included in the 2020 election which when addressed he claims would overturn the results of the election in three states (Georgia, Arizona and Wisconsin) and be enough to overturn the 2020 election.
