Laquisha Booker, who is Blake’s partner, told NBC’s Milwaukee affiliate, WTMJ-TV, that her and Blake’s three children were in the back seat of the SUV when police shot him.

Was he attempting to take the children from their mother? Perhaps unlawfully? Was he going for a gun in the car?

Which demonstrates that there's a lot we don't know about this event.

But he was changing his life around and was late for choir practice. His tox screen may also prove interesting. Most people do not just shrug off a Taser.
