Christopher Puente, 34, is accused of sexually assaulting the girl at the restaurant on 600 N. Clark St. in the River North area of the city at around 8am on February 19.
The alleged attack happened while the girl's father was in another stall with her brother, who had had an accident in the restaurant.
However ICE had requested that police continue detaining the previously deported felon - who had convictions for forced-entry burglary and forgery.

Beyond that,how is it possible he was still alive when the cops showed up?

But still, if it had been my daughter, he would have been terminated with extreme prejudice, very quickly!
However, he would have never got his hands on my daughter, as she was never ever beyond my reach, or her mothers. My wife would have been just as vicious as I would have been.

Neither his ethnicity or his legal status has a single damn thing to do with this.
The ONLY important fact here is someone that calls himself a man raped a baby. If it had been a white "man" raping a illegal alien Mexican baby or a black baby it would be every bit as evil,and he would be every bit as deserving of immediately being beaten to death.
If I catch ANYONE raping a child,ANY child,that goober is in a heap of trouble and his ONLY chance of survival is to have a bunch of cops show up to drag me off of him.
I am not playing here,either. I mean it with every ounce of sincerity in my heart. There are lines that I can NOT allow to be crossed and still consider myself to be a man,and THAT "line" rings ALL the bells.
In fact,that "line" is the prime reason I didn't become a cop after getting out of the army. Cops MUST be impartial and obey the law in all circumstances,and I knew that the chances of me arresting a child molester/rapist and him or her living long enough to make it to lockup ranked between slim and none at all,so I just didn't have the moral character necessary to do the job at the level it SHOULD be done. So I didn't take the opportunity when it was presented to me.
