As you check out this website (give it a good look), you will learn much valuable information you won't find at many places. (And no, this isn't some "quack" site.)

No, don't depend on your local Walgreens or Rite-Aid to carry these supplement or doctors to help guide you on advice or knowledge.

The following supplement in particular has found fans all over the place and has been the best kept nutritional secret out there. Alpha GPC is just one brand of Citicoline. At Amazon, Citicoline can be purchased for just $20 bucks...

Over at Amazon, many brands can be found and bought; ALL of them with a User Rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. Again, it is very affordable.

If you read the comments at Amazon you will be stunned by the positive results. And that you hadn't heard of Citicoline before now. Reported REAL benefits, MANY; risks and side-effect, LOW.

Alpha GPC

Ever had a supplement that can help you think faster and get a beach body? L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine or Alpha GPC is one of the best sources of choline, a B complex brain supplement necessary for the development of the brain. Alpha-GPC stimulates a chemical in the brain called Acetylcholine. This chemical is important for developing primary memory and learning functions.Alpha GPC

Primary uses of it range from treating various kinds of degenerative diseases like dementia, stroke and Alzheimer’s. It is available to be taken orally or as a shot and also available as a dietary supplement to improve memory.

Bodybuilders also use Alpha GPC supplements to increases hormone levels in the brain promoting bone and muscle, growth and density.

It should be noted that there are 785 User Ratings at Amazon for just one brand of Citicoline.

There is apparently a "sister" supplement to Citicoline called, Uridine Monophosphate, which is a Choline Enhancer.

The User Reviews (again at Amazon) are just as impressive as for Citicoline, scoring an average of 90% 4-5 stars. That's for a sampling of 45 Users. And again the benefits are HIGH and cost is...LOW.

Always check out "Verified Purchase" comments.

Cynics would be wise in asking: What does IT do? (Amazon User Comments appear to back up these claims):

* Helps improves sleep, shown to promote change in the brain’s function and structure.
* Also contributes to retaining logical memory formation.
* Uridine assists in reducing hip, back, and neck pain. Additionally, it helps eases inflammatory symptoms.
*These contribution leads to a healthier brain, which results in the reduction of stress and anxiety.

A bonus here is obviously addressing inflammatory response to those creaking joints and bones.

The research on helpful supplemental aids (instead of pharm aid) is getting extremely advanced. Seemingly suddenly. Good luck to all. Hope these supplements help.
