U.S. District Judge James Boasberg denied a Native American tribe’s motion for a preliminary injunction against the pipeline.

This is great news for the Trump agenda and a big step towards American energy independence from foreign oil!

From NPR

In a decision on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg denied the tribe’s motion for a preliminary injunction against the pipeline company. The tribes are arguing that the completion of the pipeline construction just north of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation endangers their drinking water source, part of the Missouri River called Lake Oahe, and that the pipeline has damaged cultural sites.

The pipeline company, Energy Transfer Partners, has been drilling under Lake Oahe for weeks, and said oil could start flowing through that section of the pipeline as early as next week.

In explaining his decision, Judge Boasberg laid out the progression of the case since it was originally filed last summer.

This is a delay tactic by the court. Apparently, the judge held that nothing restrainable under the law had occured until the pipeline company actually sends some oil through the pipe.

So there will inevitably be another lawsuit attempt once oil is pumped through the pipeline. They'll try again for a restraining order.

Of course ...

This is all the Dims have to do during the next 4 years....file lawsuits.

There will be a continuing flow of them....one after the other, and multiple ones at a time.
