No, that was not staged. That kid will suffer from PTSD for the rest of his life for this experience and he's not even of age to vote let alone understand how our political system works.

I hope that video goes viral enough and somebody from Dept of Child Protective services comes by and takes that poor kid away. That is just plain abuse!
