The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which half of the questions will be posed directly by citizen participants and the other half will be posed by the moderator based on topics of broad public interest as reflected in social media and other sources. The candidates will have two minutes to respond and there will be an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate further discussion. The town meeting participants will be uncommitted voters selected by the Gallup Organization.

Then revealed that he, as President, would bring in a special prosecutor to go after Hillary. But the best exchange of the night was:
Hillary: "(It's) good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the laws in this country.”
Trump: "That's because you'd be in jail".

Trump started off composed and reserved. But for the first 30-45 minutes the moderators were focused on the scandals affecting both candidates. I was wondering if they were ever going to discuss the issues.
If you didn't know it before this debate you know it now -- Trump is no politician. He speaks his mind and he doesn't mince words.
That may make some people uncomfortable, but it doesn't mean he can't be a great President.
