Background:  There are some Christians who think the USA is not mentioned in the Bible.  

But that’s not true.  We are in the Revelation to John at least 6

times (for good things), and more if we assume that the USA is also behind global

warming and the other “environmental” plagues.

(All of the last plagues of chapter 16 are provided by the flying eagle --

the fourth living creature of Ch. 4).

The flying eagle on the US seal and on our

money represents the US Church and is mentioned three times in the Apocalypse

(or “the Revelation” in English Bibles) – in chapters 4, 6, & 14.  In chapter 14, the flying eagle (mainly through

the efforts of the American Bible Society) is seen flying the Everlasting Gospel

to “every nation, tribe, tongue, and people.” (Some English translations say “a

flying angel” – but it’s still the United States, even if we aren’t always a perfect

angel).

The Fourth Horseman (of chapter six) is given

to us by the flying eagle – and represents our presidents, beginning with

George Washington who rode a pale blue horse named Blueskin -- the only

conqueror in history, before or since, who rode such a sickly-looking horse.  Fast forwarding 250 years, President Trump is

the 47th rider of the pale horse.

And our weapons are still bringing hell and death to the enemies of the

Church.  (Ask the Ayatollah hiding in a

bunker in Qom).

Our US soldiers (and US Navy men and US Airmen)

wearing red, white and blue emblems (along with the soldiers of three allies

wearing red, white & blue) are seen in chapter nine riding the 200 million

horses unleashed on the anti-Christ in one day.

They are the 200 million horses unleashed on Hitler’s Third Reich (or

third six of the 6-6-6 trilogy) in one day -- D-Day -- when you total up the

horsepower of all the planes, ships, and ground vehicles unleashed that day on

the beaches of Normandy.

 In chapter 16, it is primarily US fighter jets (with

occasional help from our allies) that are dropping the “exceedingly great hail”

on the demonic Kings of the East (in Apoc. 16:21).        

The Good News is, the USA appears to be destined

to reign for a millennium -- the same length of time as the first three

Kingdoms of God on the Earth – namely ancient Israel (from 1000BC to 70AD, minus the 70 years

in captivity), the Byzantine Empire (about 1100 years minus the 100 years under

Crusader rule), and the Holy Roman Empire (1007 years minus the 7 years when

there was no Emperor crowned).  (The

third Christian horseman, Britain, has reigned -- with the balance scales of

capitalism -- for about 500 years now).

 So we’re not just celebrating our

semi-quincentennial (way too hard to pronounce); but we’re actually celebrating

a quarter-millennium!

 But as always happens, at some point when we’re

old and weak, we will be surpassed by the next horseman – the fifth horseman of

ch. 19 -- as the strongest Christian nation on Earth.   (Just

saying),   So, as a nation, we need to stay alert and remain

diligent in defending the Church against all foes – the reason we exist.

 And it is only because of the help of God, who

we honor on our money, that the USA been fortunate enough to reign over the
