Israel has always stood as a beacon of democracy and freedom in the Middle East, a nation born from struggle and committed to upholding the highest moral standards. But in a world where terror thrives and global institutions falter, it is clear that adhering to morality does not guarantee justice.
The International Criminal Court in The Hague has now made it unmistakably clear: It targets not the true perpetrators of war crimes, but those who dare to defend their people and values.
On Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas carried out a massacre of unimaginable brutality. More than 1,200 Israelis were slaughtered men, women, children and infants while the world watched in horror. These acts of terror were not isolated; they were deliberate, systematic and barbaric.
Yet instead of focusing on the real criminals, the ICC has chosen to target Israeli leaders those who act to prevent such atrocities from happening again. The ICCs actions are nothing less than a betrayal of the very principles it claims to uphold.
While rogue states and terror organizations murder, oppress and spread chaos, the ICC looks the other way. Its focus on Israel one of the few nations that adheres to the laws of war even when facing an enemy that exploits those laws reveals not a pursuit of justice, but a fear of confronting true evil.
Israels military is renowned for going to unprecedented lengths to minimize harm to civilians, even when Hamas uses human shields and hides its weapons in schools and hospitals. No other nation would exercise such restraint under similar circumstances.
Yet the ICC treats this adherence to moral and legal standards not as evidence of responsibility, but as a pretext to issue politically motivated indictments. This hypocrisy sends a chilling message: Tyrants and terrorists who trample on international law have little to fear, while democracies that uphold it are vilified.
The atrocities of Oct. 7 should have been a moral turning point for the international community. Instead, the ICCs indictment of Israeli leaders betrays the values that the free world is supposed to defend.
By attempting to equate Israels fight for survival with the actions of genocidal terrorists, the ICC undermines its credibility and emboldens those who thrive on destruction and chaos.
Let us be clear: Israel does not fight for recognition or approval. It fights for its survival and for the values that underpin the free world freedom, democracy and human dignity. These are the values that Hamas and its backers, including Iran, seek to destroy.
Israel has always adhered to the highest standards of international law, not because it seeks validation from global institutions, but because it is the right thing to do. The ICCs hypocrisy will not deter Israel from holding itself to those standards. However, Israel will also not allow its enemies to weaponize those same laws against it.
The ICCs actions serve as a reminder of the free worlds moral collapse. Rather than confronting the true threats to global peace, the ICC and other international bodies have chosen the easier path: attacking those who fight to preserve the very freedoms they claim to cherish.
Throughout history, Israel and the Jewish people have often stood alone against overwhelming odds. They have stood alone against ancient empires, against Nazi Germany and now against jihadist terror. But they stood and prevailed.
Today, as Israel faces an onslaught of rockets, terror tunnels and global hypocrisy, it continues to defend not just its people, but the ideals of freedom and justice.
The ICC can issue as many baseless indictments as it pleases, but Israel will not be swayed. It will continue to fight terror, protect its citizens and uphold the values that the free world so desperately needs.
Because without Israel standing firm, the free world stands no chance.

I support Israel because they are a secular democracy fighting the people who hate us. The God of the Torah disapproves of them for their allowing open homosexuality, open fornication, broken Sabbaths, leaving the Muslim shrine where the Temple belongs, etc. I dont care. I see the Muslims as barbarians with barbaric beliefs and practices, murdering in the name of their God, whom they dont actually even listen to any more than the Jews follow their Torah. The Quran itself is repetitive but not very violent. To get to the Islamic nightmare the Muslims have to set up the Hadiths - the sayings of Mohammed - up in first place, and wherever the Quran is mild, follow the 7th Century barbarism of Mohammed. Both religions are pretty barbaric at their core, but the Jews only follow the parts of their that say theyre great - and limited to Israel - which the Muslims follow all of the barbarism in theirs and claim the whole world. And THAT makes Islam a threat to US, which is why democratic Israel is a good ally and should be supported.
To be CLEAR, Jews and Muslims are BOTH out of their minds with ridiculous religious beliefs, but Jewish religious beliefs are the reason they are THERE as a thumb in the eye to the Muslims, and driving the Muslims insane just by their existence. And thats a GOOD thing for the rest of the world, because the Muslims are in full blown tear us over the offense to Islam presented by Israel. We saw on 9/11, and in Paris, London, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Berlin, Bali, Constantinople . Muslims are the problem. Jews are not.
And endless defeat has actually made a lot of Arabs realistic. Muslims are still fanatics, but plenty of Arabs get that for them to improve their own lot, they cant keep smashing themselves against Israel looking to Allah to let them prevail. Egypt is the largest Arab country. They made peace with Israel and have kept it since 1973. Jordan has made peace. The Turks, most important of all Muslim countries, have never made war with Israel. Iraq was forced to peace by our conquest. Even Saudi Arabia, wealthiest of the Arab nations, has decided that its not in their interests to continue a war against a country they dont even border. Once that peace is established, that just means that Iran and its ragged proxies, Hamas, Hezbollah and Syria, continue their losing and hopeless war. Iran tried to kill Trump twice, he knows it, and hes the President-elect. Trump wants peace in Ukraine, but hes going to eat Iran alive. Having the Israeli military as a proxy to tear Iran apart is good for us. Of course we should support Israel. Hamas needs to be crushed out as far as it can be crushed. In practice, that means a lot more death for children in Gaza, and Israel will not emerge from that war with its honor intact. Thats for them to deal with. People wont be wrong for hating them for what theyve done there. Germans and Japanese werent wrong for thinking Americans were savages for firebombing their cities. Guess what - the God of Israel and Arabia dont stand up to destroy their opponents;; how much less the gods of abstract morality. The God of Fuck Around and Find Out prevailed over Dresden and Hiroshima, and will prevail in Gaza. People THINK they are so brave, bold and righteous that they will resist forever, but as the experience of slaves all around the world shows, kill enough of their leaders and inflict enough bloody horror, and humans - ALL humans - will submit, or simply die and cease to encourage the rest not to submit. If that means killing them ALL, as it did with some tribes. Well, then our gradchildren can wring their hands over the atrocities during 1000 years of peace.
Truth is, Jews and Muslims are crazy, and Muslim craziness spills over to kill us. Therefore, it is expedient for us to support the Jews NOW to break them. Get to peace. Pragmatic nations like America, France and England, and nations that were forced by fire and blood to BECOME pragmatic, like Germany and Japan, and smaller nations that never had the option to NOT be pragmatic, have created a world of peace we here people can live out their lives and progress. The British look down on Americans, and Americans are frequently deeply annoyed by the French, but they never kill each other. They are like crotchety aunts and uncles at the dinner table sometimes, but so what? They dont kill each other. Russia is not pragmatic, yet. Like the Iranians, theyre still in their fuck around phase, and theyre finding out right now. The Chinese have an element within them that really wants to fuck around, but the nation overall, including the Communist leaders, are more cautious and civilized than Russian and Muslim barbarians. I doubt we will ever come to blows with China. We might, but we might avoid that. Not that theyre ever going to be like the Dutch. But certainly they can be like the British, or the French on bad days , prickly, kind of awful, but not awful enough for us to kill each other. Russians and Iranians and Muslim fanatics are awful enough to kill right now, so we are. And Israel is our agent to do most of the killing, and take the missile strikes in return. Good. If they think its all because Yahweh made them super-special on a desert hill 3200 years ago, what difference does that make to me? Its grating to listen to people preen about how great they are. Stood against the Nazis alone. Really? You really believe that? Such bullshit. But youre fighting Iran, and thats useful to me, so Ill pay you on the head, send you more arms and encourage you to have at it. Youre crazy, I know it, but youre harmless to me and hurting them. So go for it! Once this is over and Irans broken and we have peace, you can settle back into your little corner of desert and think youre extra-super-special and its no skin off my nose.
Unless Yahweh is real and meant what he said, in which case you Jews are just gonna keep getting hammered because youre not keeping all his laws. Sucks to be you.
The smart people are the ones in the region who got rid of that God-programming in their heads by replacing it with one that didnt require them to be savages, and pulled up stakes and left. They are called Middle Eastern Christians or seculars.
