In comparison with the usual Capitol Hill theatrics, the GOP response, delivered by Iowa governor Sarah Huckabee-Sanders, was sedate and to the point. But it was also substantially correct: Behind Biden’s bumbling, avuncular, superficially conciliatory persona, the agenda was as left- wing and radicalized as ever.
