In a ruling released on Friday, a judge struck down a San Francisco city ordinance allowing non-citizens to vote in school board elections.

The ordinance, which allowed non-citizen parents of school-aged children to vote in school board elections, was approved in 2016 and took effect in 2018, and was extended indefinitely in 2021. The law was challenged by various groups, including the California Public Policy Foundation and the United States Justice Foundation...........

Here in Vancouver and pretty sure in other cities in Canada the left is also doing the same, allowing non-citizens to vote and also lowering legal age to 16 to vote.

It is almost as if the lower courts are reading the tea leaves vis a vis the SCOTUS's new Constitutionalist majority and are adjusting their decisions accordingly. I look forward to seeing more and more liberty-minded legal challenges to assumed powers being abused by the federal regulating authorities, and using the 9th and 10th Amendments as their tool in bludgeoning DeeCeeSwampRATZ out of existence.

Regards...MUD

Sanctuary cities must be deprived of Federal monies if their Marxist RAT Mayors continue to flout Federal immigration law. California is simply a lost cause. Might eventually look to extend the border wall to shut those Marxist MORONZ away from the rest of the U.S. (and I sure hope I am kidding and California's electorate will finally rid the State of the Marxist RAT MORONZ who have devastated that once-Great State).

Gotta hold DemRATZ feet to the fire...MUD
