They want to keep the GOP crouched in a circular firing squad shooting at itself.

If 70% of the people the Republican party gets elected actively undermine conservative goals, the Dems win political issues regardless of how many RINOs do, or do not, get elected. The vote to retain Cheney says the rot runs deep.
