The second video occurred in April of 2018 (the original one) and there seems to be another video posted last year that has been replicated but it is not the original one. In the April 2019 video, I sense the sounds are emanating from beneath the sea as if Satan's legions are just dying to be released to do their collateral damage.

Fair enough. But only four fallen angels are bound in the Euphrates River. [Many translations render this "at the Euphrates"]. And when God says they are "bound", they are bound in every way, having no impact on the Earth in any way.

As to the "legions" you mention, if you read all of Revelation Chapter 9, you will discover that fallen angels (especially those who cannot control themselves) are imprisoned in the abyss.

Revelation 9 helps explain Luke 8: the pleading of the demons with Jesus not to be sent to the abyss, but rather into a herd of pigs, due to the extreme nature of the abyss.

Luke 8:30-33 Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” “Legion,” he replied, because many demons had gone into him. And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss. This is definitely not God's world nor His Son's for if it were, we would not be fighting over land distributions some of which were by divine right from God to Noah and then to Abraham.
