President Donald Trump on Sunday slammed his preferred news network over recent unfavorable poll results, saying: “There’s something going on at Fox [News], I’ll tell you right now. And I'm not happy with it.”

Trump’s comments to reporters in New Jersey were in response to a question about the network’s recent survey showing the president losing head-to-head matchups against four of the top Democratic presidential primary candidates.

Trump said he didn’t “believe” the poll, adding: “Fox has changed. My worst polls have always been from Fox.”

He also complained about how Democrats had barred the network from hosting or televising the party’s 2020 primary debates and signaled a warning about the the general election cycle.

“And I think Fox is making a big mistake,” the president said when asked about the polling and the network’s leadership. “Because, you know, I'm the one that calls the shots on that — on the really big debates.”

The president’s criticisms are a continuation of a war on one of his favorite targets, the news media. But Trump has increasingly lumped in Fox News, a network known for its conservative bent, in recent months for what he views as unfavorable coverage.

He has squared off with the network as it devoted time to forums with Democratic presidential candidates earlier in the year. Trump took jabs at Fox News over the network’s town halls with Democratic presidential candidates Bernie Sanders in April and Pete Buttigieg in May.

This time, Trump’s annoyance with an unfavorable poll led him to wrongly assert that he has control over the 2020 presidential debates.

The Commission on Presidential Debates, which is not controlled by any political party or outside organization and does not endorse, support or oppose political candidates for parties, has sponsored general election presidential debates in every election since 1988.

Trump on Sunday also teed off on Fox News political analyst Juan Williams, who the president said “has never said a positive thing” — following up on a tweet earlier in the day in which he called Williams “pathetic,” “nasty” and “wrong.”

He said he was “certainly happy” with other Fox hosts, including Sean Hannity, Lou Dobbs, Tucker Carlson and Jeanine Pirro.

I feel that Donald Trump is absolutely correct in his astute assessment – as he usually is.

I definitely see a change in Fox News and it may be the result of the recent corporate transaction between 21st Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company – tjat Fox News Network, LLC has become part of the newly formed Fox Corporation.

Yes, Mister President – it is as you say: “There’s something going on at Fox.”

Fox has definitely changed ...

FOX is just posting facts - yet Trump continues to whine like a baby when things don't go his way.

FOX is just posting facts ...

On this particular poll – probably yes.

But inside Fox, staffers believe that C.E.O. Lachlan Murdoch is likely to nudge the network in a less pro-Trump direction. Is this the first step in a larger strategy to sell the newly spun-off company?

Do you watch Fox News? If not, how can you say that Trump is wrong and Fox News is not changing?

I watched Fox News for years until a few months ago when I saw the change and I no longer watch Fox News.

“Sources close to Lachlan pointed out that Lachlan is a libertarian conservative, not a MAGA diehard, who in private has expressed annoyance at Trump. “He doesn’t like Trump,” one person who has spoken with Lachlan told me. “There’s a lot of talk of the direction of the network changing under Lachlan,” the senior Fox staffer told me.”
Wow – did you get that?

Let me repeat it: The head of Fox now is a libertarian who doesn’t like Trump and has “expressed annoyance at Trump.” Can you imagine that, a libertarian who doesn’t like Trump?

And you are trying to say that Fox News hasn’t changed.

Deckard, you do have some kind of fucked up mind that you close out to facts and only believe what you want to believe. That is so libertarian of you …

And you are trying to say that Fox News hasn’t changed.

All I am saying is that FOX posted the poll results.

Why not blame the voters who took part in the polls, if he's going to blame anyone?

Maybe even admit that this poll shows he is down but other polls have him up.

He could do that but his emotional instability causes him to lash out whenever he feels wronged. Just like a child sometimes.

Why not blame ...

I am not interested in "blaming" anyone.

I am merely strongly contending that Fox News has drastically "CHANGED" under the direction of their new libertarian CEO.

As long as Shep (the queer dog) Smith hangs on Fox is suspect. After all, it's just another 'news' outlet.

A better question is -- this far out why are they polling at all?

The poll is meaningless. No one believes it means anything. So why spend all that money -- -- -- especially on a poll that puts Trump in a negative light?

Yeah. Trump is right to question it.

They should take their logs and wander off into the forest. I figured that you were a member of some group like these Logs. You want to be Conservative, but you like unusual types like Mrs. Pete Buttigag and queer ambassadors.

'I'm not happy with it': Trump hits Fox News over poll results

Well he's quite happy today from Jonathan Zogby:

A majority of voters give Trump thumbs-up again

No wonder the demoncrats were in full "racist" mode this summer. Their internals see the same thing:

-Race also played a factor in Trump's job approval rating. Hispanics, this time around, were much more likely to approve of his job performance (49% approve/51% disapprove), while the president also saw his numbers jump with African Americans. This was his second straight poll with over a quarter support from African Americans (28% approve/70% disapprove). If Trump wins half of Hispanics and a quarter of African Americans in 2020, Democrats will be in trouble!

So I guess calling Baltimore a rat infested city attacking local leaders there struck a cord with some urban voters.

The survey also shows Trump lost ground with suburban women, but saw an increase in urban women and men.

So getting almost half of Hispanics give positive job approval ratings and 28% African Americans too! This has to have every Demoncrat strategist pooping in their diapers. So the summer of "RACIST, RACIST!" is now a lot more understandable. They have no other come back. Well last night a Buttibig did indicate if one votes for Trump they may just be racist. LOL trying to smack the very voters they need back.

Yeah. Trump is right to question it.

They are trying everything in the playbook to take down his favorable ratings. It is working some with those who already hate Trump. But the Russia collusion failed, the hoax sex scandals did not work, and now they beat the racist drum, which from the above post from me does not seem to be working.

So they got nothing. It shows.

To be quickly followed by the fall of "unhinged." Sigh. Will they be back with RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA? So predictable.

I believe the change is mainly attributable to daddy Rupert stepping down and son Lachlan taking over.

He's done some good things, better than Hillary would have been. In fact I have posted some articles favorable to Trump.

I think he's a clown at times though.

Ah...I get it - If I criticize Trump I must prefer socialism.

False dichotomy.

When you criticize an (R)... and you don’t say shit about (D)’s, over the same issue, on the same post... that leaves you in the socialist left area.

Do you support safe injection sites, for your beloved addicts, like Socialist Sanders is in favor of?

First of all, you attack (R)’s WAY MORE than you’ve ever attracted a (D). If you deny, you’re a filthy fucking scumbag liar.

Secondly, read my post, princess. I said YOU DON’T CRITICIZE BOTH IN THE SAME POST.

Thirdly, You conveniently didn’t answer my question. All the posters would like to know. DO YOU SUPPORT SAFE INJECTION SITES, like Socialist Sanders just promoted?

WW1WGA is a Q thing, denoting unity of the anti-Deep State group. It stands for Where We Go One, We Go All.

Everybody here already knows D's are scum - I've posted my share of "bad democrats" articles.

Secondly, read my post, princess. I said YOU DON’T CRITICIZE BOTH IN THE SAME POST.

Gee whiz sparky - if an article is about one party, there's not often an opportunity to bring up dirt on the other party.

All the posters would like to know. DO YOU SUPPORT SAFE INJECTION SITES,

Will it save lives?

It has in Canada

Most Americans right now oppose supervised injection sites. A 2018 study from Johns Hopkins University found that only 29 percent of people approve of them, with 39 percent of people supporting similar programs like clean needle exchanges.

Nonetheless, there is a growing consensus among researchers that these facilities work. No one has ever died at any safe consumption site around the world. In Vancouver, studies over the years have shown that Insite has reduced overdose deaths by 35 percent and has resulted in a 30 percent increase in the number of people seeking treatment for addiction.

A Q motto. Just a take on the JFK ship bell, "Where we go one, we go all." Only mine states, "Where we go 1 we win all." It's about unity and the power unity generates. Very biblical and very effective no matter what we unite on. Power is magnified. :)
