Those are two separate issues. The "bake the gay wedding cake" refusal was a first amendment freedom of religion case.

But refusing service to anyone for no reason at all (which I agree should be allowed) has been ruled unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause, given that the refusal interferes with interstate commerce.

Since he wasn’t obviously the owner, he needs to DO HIS JOB AND DO IT PROFESSIONALLY... as a cashier in sales, that’s fucking SELL, to all, unless the owner tells you otherwise.

He was only in the wrong because:

1) He physically assaulted a customer

2) He acted outside of the scope of the business owners mission

3) He was extremely unprofessional
