There is only one Count, located on page 2 of the 6 page COMPLAINT.

COUNT I–REQUEST FOR DECLARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF AGAINST DEFENDANT’S VIOLATION OF § 101.5614(4)(a), FLA. STAT. REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PHYSICALLY DAMAGED, “OVERVOTED,” AND “UNDERVOTED” ABSENTEE BALLOTS

This case re Palm Beach County, and another re Broward county, are in Florida state court.

The Broward case is about mandatory access to public records being denied.

The Broward case resulted in a court order to provide the records by 7 p.m. this evening. It appears the court order was not complied with.

In Palm Beach, an emergency hearing is set for tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
