President Donald Trump has shifted the economy so that once-disregarded blue- collar manufacturing workers are now recovering jobs faster than coastal service-sector employees, the Washington Post acknowledged Sunday.

“Blue-collar jobs are growing at their fastest rate in more than 30 years, helping fuel a hiring boom in many small towns and rural areas that are strong supporters of President Trump ahead of November’s mid-term elections,” said the Post, under the headline “Under Trump, the jobs boom has finally reached blue-collar workers. Will it last?”

Two million jobs were created in Trump's first year. In Obama's first year, 4.28 million jobs were lost.

Trump is doing very well. It is important that the Republicans hold Congress to be able to protect and expand the Trump gains. If the Democrats recapture Congress everything will be dead in the water and the economy will lose steam.

Therefore, we need to encourage every single person we can to go out & vote Republican. If you know anyone that would be prone to vote democrat, do everything to encourage them to stay home. Lock them in a basement, etc. LOL

This time, I agree with you. Not that the Republicans deserve it or are great shakes, but Trump is very good for the country, and preserving him and his agenda, and his opportunity to shape events. Democrats hate him with an irrational passion.

The Republicans need to win this election and hold both houses.

I'm not fond of them either. Nor am I fond of the Soviet Union. But when you're fighting the Third Reich, you take all the Soviet help you can get.
