Being a black AND a feral judge,he was given a suspended sentence with no jail time,so come the next election he ran for Congress in a black district,and has been there every since.
In FACT,he is now the chairman of an intelligence committee that deals with the Muddle East. Gee,I wounder if he could be bribed to feed them info on US troop activity and plans?
