While being questioned by Congressman Blake Farenthold during a Congressional Oversight hearing, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein testifies that he doesn’t support warrants and tries to give justification why.

Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The DOJ "needs to keep ahead of our adversaries", We The People - their bosses. He says it's not easy to get a warrant, it's not supposed to be - probable cause etc ...!

AG, Jeff Sessions will serve as a replacement for the U.S. Constitution/BOR, and protect our God given rights, won't he? After all Eric Holder did a swell job. /s

Take him out back, tie him to a board. Use cable cutters, everytime he gives a BS answer, cut off a toe, then fingers, then ears, then his balls. I bet he would cut out the BS REAL QUICK !!
