Her financial condition shouldn't be a factor in the officers job performance. The populace screams equality... so all financial classes should be treated equally... with a ticket, if they violated a section of their states vehicle & traffic laws.

It's not the officers problem... she's poor and a criminal. Plenty of hug a thug asshole groups made up of Deckards... that can pay her ticket.
