Both in a statement and a CNN interview fired White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus has continued to unrelentingly suck up to the least popular president in the history of polling.

Both in a statement and a CNN interview fired White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus has continued to unrelentingly suck up to the least popular president in the history of polling.

In his statement announcing his resignation, Priebus said, “It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to serve this President and our country. I want to thank the President for giving me this very special opportunity. I will continue to serve as a strong supporter of the President’s agenda and policies. I can’t think of a better person than General John Kelly to succeed me and I wish him God’s blessings and great success.”

Priebus managed to take his sucking up to a whole new level on CNN:

Reince Priebus is the former Chairman of the RNC. If one wants to understand why the Republican Party will never stand up to Trump, watch the video and read the statement above. The Republican Party itself has become a spineless operation that has no guts at all.

Trump is out of control because no one in the GOP has the backbone to stand up to him, which means that the only way Donald Trump will ever be checked is if Democrats and the American people stand together to put a halt to this president.

Oh yeah. Trump and the Republicans are real close. Alway have been, as a matter of fact.

Gotta grease all the palms of both parties.

Of course, his greasing antics are not limited to political parties, correct? He loves to grease a vagina or two, too.

When were those taken?

Trump hosted a New York fundraiser for the elder Bush, then vice president to Ronald Reagan, at the Plaza Hotel, which Trump owned at the time.

April 12, 1988 at a fundraiser that Trump hosted for George Herbert Walker Bush.

The Donald is a BushBot from way back. A mainstream establishment Republican. He may have even been the first bushbot.

I thought he said something about women allowing men to grab them by the pussy. I don't recall anything about grease.

Trump? And here I've been told that he was some kind of Democrat in disguise. But you're saying he's a mainstream establishment Republican, huh?

"April 12, 1988 at a fundraiser ..."

OK. 30 years ago, not 50.

Why do you limit his realities to only his word? What about thought, word and deed?

You need to grow up, pal.

Chyeah - let's take this homofascist Dem-Media hack's word for reality.

This from the very SAME hacks who "SUCKED" up to 0bammy like remoras on steroids, 24/7. Only the degree of "SUCK" by the pipsqueak author for 0bamma was actual worship. AND, on their knees.

What Preibus did -- and I believe he's a weasel -- is called "TACT."

Some of you people still don't get it. You're getting dumber when you ought be getting wiser.

Why do you insist on misrepresenting what Trump says? 12 years ago he said privately, "You can do anything" and "They let you". It's on tape. It's in the transcript of the tape.

But you hear that as "Trump grabs women by the pussy".

Talk about needing to grow up!

Right. Sane people understand saying nice things after something like this. But this kind of horse-bleep "reporting" and zombie-noddings are what we'll have to put up with for the next 3 1/2 years?

The MSM has ZERO cred with 60% of the population as it is. The other 40% are jihadists.

We can not remain ONE "Nation" -- it's just no longer possible.

As soon as I see "unnamed source" I stop reading and go on to the next article.

Play a game. Look at the daily headline in USA Today for, oh, two weeks. I did this and found negative Trump news 100% of the time. Not one positive story. A negative spin on everything that was positive.

Good example.

USA Today has zero cred, obviously. You could play that same game with Yahoo News or MSNBC as well.

The thing that's bizarre is that NONE of the media give a rats azz whether 60% totally discount their garbage. They are happily creating a irreparably divisive America and world. Chaos and anarchy is their goal. Fact is, THAT is exactly their job; NOT "reporting news."

Title: Even After Being Fired And Humiliated Spineless Reince Priebus Continues To Suck Up To Trump

No surprise. Priebus is thinking of his inevitable book contract, his high-dollar speaking fees, his possible future as a lobbyist and/or FoxNews or other news outlet contract guest.

You'd do exactly the same if you were him.

Your complaints about the MSM are silly. You can't do anything about their work other than rant&rave that they do no not follow your fearless leader, trump. Seems to me that you are fixated with an idiot in the WhiteHouse.

Dunno on what planet this perspective is the reality of the matter...

The foundation and traditional job of "news reporting" is telling the truth. NOT making crap up, 24/7. Don't you resent being lied to ALL the time?

IF the so-called MSM are going to editorialize, state IT. Don't report opinion as "news."

Objective reporting -- remember that?

So according to you we should just sit back quietly and bend over and let the pro-fascist 0bama-worshipping globalist MSM lie and create CW2?

"Hey -- there's a luxury train on its way to Treblinka! It's the new Tahiti -- and the hottest vacation spot in the world! Your host will treat you like kings!" - *This* MSM, reporting @ 1942. Bucky: "Somebody wake me up when we're there. I hope I brought enough banana hammocks."

Seems to me that you are fixated with an idiot in the WhiteHouse.

Do you actually believe *that* is the crux of my complaint? If so, I can take a hint; You really no longer care what happens or pay an iota of attention to reality any longer.

I don't expect that at all. He'll make less money if he becomes a Trump-basher. And it would hurt his ability to work as a lobbyist or get a sweet gig on Fox News or other news outlets.

Maybe he'll merely *leak* the bashing or revelations that paint Trump in a bad light.

Prius reminds me of the antagonist role in Kevin Costner's 'One Way Out' some years ago as the aide of a powerful Senator.

True -- Prius' Lobbyist influence could be severely curtailed by playing that game. Hard to know what he will do given his loyalties to Ryan, McTurtle, and the RNC's establishment shadow-overlords who hate Trump.

Priebus is the most successful RNC chair since Haley Barbour. Barbour left the RNC, then did some media appearances for years as he built up his lobbying business before he finally got elected governor in his home state.

Priebus will up to score a sweet book deal (like from Regnery, owned by Murdoch like nearly every book published that gets flacked on Fox News). The title will be something like Why I Love Kissing Donald's Ass So Much. Along with that, he scores a contracted schedule with Fox News for a couple years at a minimum of $1M a year (hell, even Juan Williams gets more than that).

And he would still be able to score $10M-$20M over the next year or two as a paid speaker. And he could still run for office later, like Barbour did. Ron Johnson in WI says he won't run again so that seat will be open in 5 years. Just as an example.

There's very little upside for Priebus financially in dishing any real dirt on Trump or his WH.

Nearly everyone leaves the WH looking to earn big in soft jobs. It's why they take those jobs when they could nearly always get better salary/hours/perks, etc. They do it for the post-WH payoffs. And to put their kids on the fast track to Harvard/Yale/Princeton, their wives into cushy sinecure jobs in D.C., etc.
