GODSEND
God wanted freedom for the people.
But it was not to be found
The people courted evil.
Their morals had run aground.
He thought about what he must do.
He came up with a solution.
He gave us founding fathers.
They gave us a constitution.
We lived in Liberty for centuries.
But morals began to fade
The evil began to creep back in.
And God was again betrayed.
The people began to lose their way, they forgot what freedom was.
They wandered up to the precipice, and some began to jump.
God bowed his head and shed a tear and considered giving up.
But He tried again, one last time… and sent us Donald Trump.
