Maxine “Mad Max” Waters has plunged off the cliff and is free-falling into very deep waters.

She can no longer scream “impeachment” over the debunked Trump-Russia probe, so she’s come up with a new line of attack.

Now, Mad Max is warning President Trump that she’s taking off her “GLOVES.”

We’re not exactly sure what that means, but it should turn out to be very comical.
