But then, I am always impressed when truth prevails

I believe I have driven that point home before....yes, I have.

Mostly because he is too stupid and lazy to think of it.

Maybe, but I'm not so sure of that. He wouldn't understand it if you told him,and he's so stupid he might just brag about it on the golf course.

Chances are his senior level handlers did it and didn't even bother telling him. After all,he is just a figurehead and is as dumb as dirt anyhow,so why bother?

" Mark Levin PROVES Obama Wiretapping on President Donald Trump | Fox & Friends 3/5/17 "

Levin presents a very strong case. Seems pretty solid to me. Especially when you consider that Levin is not real fond of Trump. Levin was a rabid Cruz supporter.

I have heard various commentators on the radio all morning claiming that there was no proof to Pres Trumps claims. Those idiots should spend the time to hear Levin make the case. I see no reason to doubt!

Mark Levin PROVES Obama Wiretapping on President Donald Trump

Oh, how I would love this to be have been true and watch Obama do a perp walk into a federal courthouse. However, wanting and having are entirely two different things.

I like Levin and I watched intensely as he pleaded a passionate case against the Obama administration’s spying on Trump. All the time Levin was making his impassioned presentation, I kept waiting for evidence. The hard evidence that would stand up in court….it never came.

All I heard from Levin was the use of multiple media reports to frame his prosecutorial argument. So, in essence, with everything he presented…. the complete underlying Levin framework against Obama was based solely on news reports.

Congress will now investigate this matter. If there is hard evidence to be found, and I really want there to be….I hope they find it.

I am waiting to see the FISA requests published. News reports [if they are to be trusted] show the first request in June specified Candidate Trump by name, and was denied. The a second request was “narrowed” [which probably eliminated Trump’s name] and it was approved.

While I have found no firm evidence anywhere, I do have an opinion. I believe there were FISA requests and Loretta Lynch initiated the FISA requests, then directed the whole process….while keeping Obama fully informed as to what was going on. More specifically, not what they thought was going on with Trump. If this all goes South on Obama....I fully expect him to throw Loretta Lynch under the bus.

Where am I wrong on this …

The president does not have the authority to instigate a wiretap, especially without probable cause.

BULLSHIT….you NEVER get anything right, why is that?

Since Chan is not here, “I’ll be your huckleberry” and set you straight.

Let’s go to the law:

In Chapter 36 of Title 50 of the US Code *War and National Defense", Subchapter 1, Section 1802, we read the following:

(1) Notwithstanding any other law, the President, through the Attorney General, may authorize electronic surveillance without a court order under this subchapter to acquire foreign intelligence information for periods of up to one year if the Attorney General certifies in writing under oath that—

(A) the electronic surveillance is solely directed at—
(i) the acquisition of the contents of communications transmitted by means of communications used exclusively between or among foreign powers, as defined in section 1801(a)(1), (2), or (3) of this title; or
(ii) the acquisition of technical intelligence, other than the spoken communications of individuals, from property or premises under the open and exclusive control of a foreign power, as defined in section 1801(a)(1), (2), or (3) of this title;
(B) there is no substantial likelihood that the surveillance will acquire the contents of any communication to which a United States person is a party; and
(C) the proposed minimization procedures with respect to such surveillance meet the definition of minimization procedures under section 1801(h) of this title; and
if the Attorney General reports such minimization procedures and any changes thereto to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence at least thirty days prior to their effective date, unless the Attorney General determines immediate action is required and notifies the committees immediately of such minimization procedures and the reason for their becoming effective immediately.

While (B) seems to contradict the underlying permissive nature of Section 1802 as it involves a United States person, what the Snowden affair has demonstrated all too clearly, is how frequently the NSA and FISA court would make US citizens collateral damage. To be sure, many pointed out the fact that Fox News correspondent James Rosen’s email notoriously captured in 2013 when the DOJ was investigating government leaks. The Associated Press was also infamously wiretapped in relation to the same investigation.

Repeating for emphasis:

”Notwithstanding any other law, the President, through the Attorney General, may authorize electronic surveillance without a court order …”
Ahem….where am I wrong on this?

This is just more whining from Trump and his cult.

Your false statement is just lying bullshit from a Paultard libertarian asshole.

Asshole, you specifically said:

And I have proven that was a LIE….he DOES.

Since Obama and Lynch felt Trump was colluding with the Russians, Obama could have authorized [through Lynch] a wiretap on Trump under this subchapter to acquire foreign intelligence information. And I am guessing the devious bastards did exactly that.

There, you should now understand it!

On October 31, Crooked Hillary sent out a tweet stating:

Why do you think the cunt sent out that tweet? Inside knowledge provided by wiretaps.
