This comment was posted over at Scott Adam’s blog. I think it pertains to this topic as well, because those against Trump had and have a massive blind spot.

Willfully blind, or not, they simply couldn’t comprehend what was a happening as evidenced by these blog headlines.

Last night it was announced that British Brexit UKIP leader and Trump supporter Nigel Farage was hired by Fox News.

Interesting but not too surprising, given how much Trump likes Farrage.

I noted with some interest the report that Farrage hosted a truly highbrow Trump inauguration party, renting the entire top floor of one of D.C.'s swankiest hotels on Thursday night. No mention so far of which hotel it was.

Anyway, the guest list was primarily leaders or representatives of various political parties from overseas, like LePen's party in France, Orban's party in Hungary, some anti-Merkel Germans, some other Brexit Brits, some of Geert Wilders bunch (including him) from the Netherlands, even some Aussies that see Trump as a good example. I think the Austrian delegation was actually represented by its leader, the one that just lost the Austrian election.

Pretty much, it was a gathering of all the opposition parties in the EU, opposed to unlimited free trade pacts and a flood of endless Third World immigration by migrants hostile to their host country and its people while living off their social welfare programs.

Farrage is not satisfied with just Brexit. He wants to force the disintegration of the EU entirely. And he's not alone.

I think Bannon and Farrage will be fanning the flames of these populist/nationalist groups across the globe. That Farrage soiree on Thursday night had Bannon's hand behind it, I think. Farrage can't afford that himself and it is exactly the kind of thing Bannon wants to do, judging by how he ran Breitbart.

This is why the Davos/Bilderburg/Trilaterals/Club of Rome/CFR multilateral/internationalist types are so worried about Trump, that Trump's message and agenda will spread globally and rain down on their globalist parade. Apparently, they couldn't stop talking about Trump at the recent Davos confab. They fear that Trump's message will spread in Europe especially in upcoming elections, especially in the wake of the Brexit vote.

FWIW, I think Trump may be the first non-CFR president since WW II.

Anyway, it seemed to me a very underreported bit of news. I was surprised libmedia didn't fall all over the story as some sinister international convention of Nazis or something.
