If the Russian Hacking theory is real the CIA report is credible, why won’t CIA officials brief Congress on the matter?

They’re flat-out refusing to do so.

This move brings into question the already BOGUS hacking theory, which has ZERO evidence to support the claims that Russia interfered with our election in hopes of helping Donald Trump.

Must be super-duper-top-secret stuff. Meanwhile, it is OK for the US Government to hack and spy on its own citizenry without a warrant.
