To be clear, there are and will likely remain only two parties who can release the full 55k: State and us. Nobody else will have them. Gowdy will only end up with what’s relevant to his committee, which won’t grow that much beyond what he has. Probably not get anywhere close to 500.

Right, we requested and got a two week extension of the original return date (March 13). We should not say State HAS turned over all that the Committee has asked for, just that we've requested State to do this.

Hi all,

Per my conversation with Jen just now there is a desire to respond to Gowdy’s “granting” Secretary Clinton two extra weeks to response to his subpoena. We’d like to do so with a statement on the record, a draft of which is proposed below. Thanks very much.

"Secretary Clinton has already turned all of her work emails over to the State Department, and the Department has turned everything over to the committee. Representatives of Secretary Clinton’s office were in touch with the committee over the weekend to make clear that we want to make everything public, and we call on the committee to do so as soon as possible.”

So they admit in the email to withholding emails. Thought there were 33K missing. Now that number swells.

Conspiracy to evade a subpoena and tamper with evidence?

I wonder what that corrupt sack of shit Comey would say now?

This is what first caught my attention when I read those batch of emails the other day. The fact that Clinton intentionally withheld this information and had Comey aid and abet her in the withholding of this information makes both of them eligible for federal charges of tampering and withholding of evidence and for Comey a federal charge of misprison of felony https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/4

55K in early context (grew to over 60K) before deletions of many about yoga. I believe these came from the "deleted" email that was recovered by the FBI and turned over to the State Dept, of which there was around 15K.

This was in an early context when they did not expect to turn over more than 500 emails. That has turned out to be a low estimate.

Dig that time context. Back on March 17, 2015 they claimed all the work emails had been turned over, and the total probably won't grow anywhere close to 500.
