Think we should hold emails to and from potus? That's the heart of his exec privilege. We could get them to ask for that. They may not care, but I seems like they will.

Remember all the press coverage and books addressing Nixon's lost minutes of tape? I think the state run media forgot that.

There should be no executive privilege, he is a public servant

WIKILEAKS

Why does anyone believe anything that is "leaked" by wikileaks?

Why do "they" have any credibility?

Just wondering.....

I thought all emails to and from the President were automatically deemed classified.

I thought all emails to and from the President were automatically deemed classified.

These were to and from an alias. Or they were sent by Obama in his private capacity. They were unmarked and Hillary did not know they were from the President. /s

I heard this claim the everything originating from POTUS is classified on Rush a few mins ago. I do not know if that is accurate. If it were, POTUS had the responsibility apply classification markings.

Also, at about the same time, I believe Rush claimed the classified email was declassified and then Hillary was free to do her presser making that claim. In fact, the 302 indicates that Steinbach continued to refuse to declassify the email in question, and after having so refused, Clinton held a presser and denied having sent classified emails on the private server. FBI 302 PDF at 26-27.
