bull ! They are making threatening moves towards US ships . If they put a missile in an Aircraft Carrier on one of their runs they will cause much more damage than the sinking of a speed boat . Screw them ! They captured ,and treated US sailors very badly humiliating them; and the emperor did nothing . All our inaction does is embolden them more. Enough is enough .
