I'm not talking about a throwaway phone.
I mean a simple no frills phone with Wi-Fi Internet access.
Is it possible to get a decent smartphone for $100

Simple, no-frills: TracFone LG 306G No Contract 3G/Wi-Fi -- $6.99 & FREE Shipping on orders over $49.
Bigger, better, faster: TracFone LG L33L Sunset 4G LTE -- $79.99 & FREE Shipping
For a $70 savings, I can live with the slower & more basic cheapie.
But maybe your needs are different than mine.
