An 18-year-old man was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of driving while high on marijuana after he crashed into a marijuana dispensary in Happy Valley.
Alan Alcantara hit an empty parked car near Stumptown Cannabis on Southeast 82nd Avenue around 1:05 a.m. and then crashed into the back wall of the business, according to a probable cause affidavit.
