We don't jail our heads of state for their decisions in office. We're not going to start.

To jail Obama would require a Republican supermajority. It's more likely that those calling for Obama's jailing will be jailed.

Another approach would be to avoid the leaders that lead and advance the decline. In our current political environment, good luck with that.

President Nixon was on tape committing a felony. President Ford pardoned him for any crimes he may have committed. The pardon power would have to be overcome.
