You can watch the video. You can tell the police had zero desire to step in and stop the unlawful attacks against citizens! This tells me they were told not to engage protesters even no matter what!

Your title is misleading. The wording could lead a person to believe that "Trump(s) supports attack" and police are ignoring it.

Next time use some proper English before changing a headline.

I agree that it looks like the police commander gave a general stand-down order, but this is Kookifonia, the great state of "Live and let Lib". What do we expect from such a lawless portion of the country?

I was pissed when I watch the videos of people being assaulted and the officers were just standing there! I know they were told not to engage protesters criminals as they attacked innocent people.
