Detroit, MI Three of Detroits finest, Officer Gaines, Officer Paul, and Officer Morrison, are named in a recent lawsuit after they entered a womans home, hunted down her dogs, and murdered them all.
The officers were serving a search warrant in search of one of the most beneficial plants on the planet which is currently outlawed in the state of Michigan. After cops murdered all the dogs, they came to the owner of the home, Nikita Smith, and said, I should have killed you too, according to the lawsuit.
According to Smith, when the cops came to the door to tell her they had a warrant to look for marijuana, she asked them if she could secure the dogs. Smith put two dogs in the basement and locked one in the bathroom.
But the fact that the dogs were secured, did not matter to these cruel officers. They went around and killed them. Like a death squad, Smiths lawyer Chris Olson told the Daily News on Thursday.
As the Daily News reports:
After officers entered the home, one of the dogs was able to get out of the basement, and harmlessly sat next to Smith. As Smith reached for the dog, officers shot the animal multiple times, the lawsuit charges. Smith watched from less than 10 feet away as the dog, named Debo, died on the floor.
Three officers then went to the basement and fatally shot a dog named Mama, who was pregnant. Mama was quiet and not attacking the cops at the time, according to the lawsuit.
When the sadistic cops found the last dog in the bathroom, according to the suit, they discussed if they should kill it or not. It was locked in a bathroom.
Should we do that one too? one cop asked.
Yes, replied the other as Officer Gaines and Officer Paul opened fire, shooting through the door multiple times killing the dog on the other side, named Smoke.
Did you see that? I got that one good! Officer Gaines said as he laughed, according to the lawsuit.
According to Smith, after the officers killed all of her dogs, one of them walked up to her and said, I should have killed you too. Then, another officer told her, you could have been killed.
Pictures from the scene show Smiths home riddled with bullet holes. They also show the tragically brutal aftermath of Smoke flailing around the bathroom as officers shot through the door. Blood quite literally painted the walls.

I couldnt believe my eyes, Olson said.
Cops incorrectly believed that Smiths home was a drug house and during the raid, they found only marijuana.
They had a warrant to search the house, Olson said. That we dont really quarrel with. But when you search the house, you cant go in the house and kill all the dogs.
Smith was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana a misdemeanor. For possessing a plant, police officers felt it was just to break into Smiths home, kill her dogs, kidnap her, and throw her in a cage and this is called Justice in the land of the free.
The charges against Smith, however, were later thrown out as the cops who broke into her home and murdered her dogs never bothered to show up to court.
Cannabis has been shown to kill cancer cells, save the lives of countless epileptic children, treat PTSD, heal bones, treat brain trauma, and a slew of other uses science is only beginning to understand. And yet, the only thing dangerous about this seemingly miraculous plant is that police will kidnap, cage, or kill you or your pets for possessing it.

You really are a simpleton if you believe that smoking cannabis is the only way to reap its beneficial effects.
Yeah, I guess the National Cancer Institute is full of shit.
In the most recent update to the National Cancer Institutes (NCI) website included a listing of studies, which indicated anti-tumor effects of cannabis treatment.
The NCI, part of the U.S. Department of Health, advises that cannabinoids may be useful in treating the side effects of cancer and cancer treatment by smoking, eating it in baked products, drinking herbal teas or even spraying it under the tongue.

So, after all the commotion, dog killing, etc, charges were dropped and the hero's did not even bother to appear in court.
Wonder why these hero's do not go & raid some large drug traffickers, or the Bloods & Crips, Black Panthers, Muslim Brotherhood ? I guess some woman & her three dogs are easier to bully.
One day, Karma will pay these brave "hero's" a visit. It will be bad.

With Cujo behind the bathroom engaged in excessive low-range barking; snarling; growling, snapping and scratching at the bathroom door, I would damn well think no, scratch that I would damned well know that Cujo was exhibiting dominant behavior which crossed the line to aggression. Hey, sport, it doesnt take an animal behavioral specialist with a doctorate degree to know that a dominant-aggressive dog is very dangerous and poses a threat.
BAM! BAM! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
Cujo dog ... dead dog!!!

Murder is defined by the unlawful taking of HUMAN life, dipshit. Therefore it is impossible to "murder" a dog... unless we are talking figuratively, like your wife is a dog.

If for some reason Donald Trump is not inaugurated, taking office at noon Friday January 20, 2017 there will be a 'civil' war like none ever seen on earth before.
If, by the Grace of God, Donald Trump is inaugurated, taking office at noon Friday January 20, 2017 there will be an escalation of the war that will begin with his winning on Tuesday November 8, 2016.
The important thing to remember is that, We, The people are not going to go back to serfdom and the ruling political class, their masters and owners in the donor class and the slaves of both, the enforcer class, are not going to surrender the power and wealth they have accumulated, by a simple vote of the people.
There are some things you, who support the status quo, you who side with the ruling political class, their masters and owners in the donor class and the slaves of both, the enforcer class, should not forget, you are not going to be forgiven.
The mistake made by our forefathers by allowing, for the most part, the Tories to stay, to retain their wealth and property, will not be repeated.
I do believe the events will be much shorter and much less horrifying if Donald wins and takes office, for I am convinced that the Enforcer Class will not shed their blood and die as willing and for as long a period of time defending, protecting and serving their rulers and masters, as we the people are for freedom.

Thou shalt not kill (ratsach).
Such as the baby in the womb and euthanasia such as the murder of Terri Schiavo.

Why do you ask such ignorant questions? There is no state that charges the offender with murder for the intential killing of ANY ANIMAL including a police K9. Most people with a half of brain would already know without paging through a states penal code that EVERY state that desires charges be filed against a person that injures or kills a police animal has MADE A SEPARATE CHARGE FOR THAT PARTICULAR CRIME because no state could possibly prove "murder" when talking about an ANIMAL as a victim.
No animal equals human life, no, not even a police K9, the Kentucky Derby winning horse or even Lasy himself... the idea that an animal is on the same "equal" status as a human being IS A LIBTARD IDEAL... you show your colors.

Ordinarily I would have to agree with you. But in certain cases, I must say that it depends strongly on the human(s) and the particular animal.
There is a breed of dog know as the Rough Collie. Like Lassie in the movies and on TV, the Rough Collie is a friendly dog that is intelligent, active and good with children, people and other animals. Rough collies have a history of being incredibly loyal and protective of their owners, making them excellent family dogs and compatible with people when out and about mingling with society.
Take the case of a Rough Collie named Sassy. She is a therapy dog with some pretty amazing skills. In addition to being trained to perform typical tasks for a therapy dog, Sassy is able to tell if someone is going to have a seizure using her sense of smell. A family is hoping to adopt Sassy for their son who suffers from an unusual form of epilepsy, which can cause him to have several seizures a day.
Now, if Buckard and Pukard could be trained to do the same as Sassy and become as intelligent, active and good with people as a Rough Collie then I would agree with you that no animal equals a human life.
Until then, we will just have to agree to disagree with respect to these two Paultards.
