Federal authorities are investigating what police called an improvised explosive device left under a bridge near Waco.
According to Waco NBC affiliate KCEN, the McLennan County Sheriff's office bomb squad responded to a suspicious device in Rosebud, about 35 miles south of Waco.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives blasted water on the container and diffused the device.
No injuries were reported. The liquid found in the IED will be analyzed in a lab.
It's not clear who left the device, or if there was any motive.
Is this from some of Obungholes new pet muzzies?

The 'news' only speaks of the attacks which are either openly foiled or successful. Never about the day to day grind of the anti-terrorism effort.
