If there was justice in the world Demetria McKaig would be swinging from a rope. She should be tried for murder then executed. She would be shot in the head or hung from a rope or given a lethal dose of drugs. That way this piece of shit wouldn't be breathing anymore. Wouldn't be murdering or helping someone ,murder anymore.

Had the 15-year-old died during the abortion, this "guidance counselor" would have subjected the school and the city to a massive lawsuit.

Yet the State Supreme Court says this is just fine.

Stone, I sympathize with your feelings. We may not see justice in this life, but rest assured that come Judgement Day, justice will be administered.

Well, so much for the " learned wisdom of the courts ". Pfttt

Title: Let The Record Show Forever that Cunt Demetria McKaig Took A 15 Year Old To Murder Her Child

I don't see that she took the girl to get the abortion. Are you sure she accompanied the girl to the abortion mill?

She did help the girl get a gag order on the principal to keep her from telling the girl's parents.

It seems to me your real argument is with the judge who issued the gag order and okayed the abortion without parental knowledge.

I don't see how. The court was responsible and you can't sue them.

"I don't see how. The court was responsible and you can't sue them."

Oh, in a country where a guy drinks and drives and gets in an accident can sue the bartender, the bar, and the owner of the bar, I'd say that the girl's mother would sue -- among many others -- the guidance counselor who went behind the mother's back and made it possible for her 15-year-old daughter to have an abortion.

Had the daughter gone straight to the judge herself, I'd agree with you.

" rest assured that come Judgement Day, justice will be administered. "

And rest assured Stone, there will be no slick talking slip & fall lawyers there to try to tell God that he is wrong. They will be too busy trying to find a cool spot for themselves

the guidance counselor who went behind the mother's back

The guidance counselor will be shielded from personal liability. The judge silenced the principal.

I doubt the parents can sue the school either.

"The guidance counselor will be shielded from personal liability."

Why? Was she acting in her capacity as guidance counselor? Is pregnancy termination in her job description?

There are in loco parentis laws in most states. This would fall under that category.

Let's remember ... my premise was "if the girl had died from the abortion".

No difference. The judge enabled it, not the counselor.

In most states, the laws for a judge to okay a teenager abortion relies on social workers or school counselors to facilitate the process. But it is the judge who determines approval for the abortion and whether gag orders should be issued.

Judgement day is too long to wait. Justice is perferable now dispensed with a samurai sword, a hatchet, or an axe. It better than living on earth with a herd of hyenas.

I agree Robert. If I was the girls father, it would happen. Just would take proper planning, then flawless execution.

I like your tool selection!
