Goldi is from a very bad neighborhood in Baltimore City known as Brooklyn. The whole city is far worse than before crack hit the streets. This city has made MD one of the highest crime states in the nation. Not only are the honest people moving out the criminals are taking the bus for their next "hit" following their victims.
She later moved to Glen Burnie, a slum just south in Anne Arundel County.
Think Dollar stores, second hand shops, and a lot of Goodwill stuff trucked in from better areas. Some parts of GB are ok, some aren't.
