No leg tingles, no unicorns, no “Yes We Can!” hoopla, no drooling accolades, no dewy-eyed, schoolgirl fawning.
Instead, frustrated left-wing pundits and political analysts came out swinging crazily and angrily after Pres. Obama’s ludicrous, half-baked speech tonight on the Gulf oil spill crisis.
The Messiah has fallen from grace in the eyes of his liberal media worshippers.
WOW. Pinch me, I think I’m dreaming.
Hopenchange is close to dead at MSNBC, methinks.
Here’s their hard-hitting commentary… no point in inserting Obama’s speech — it was the usual blah blah blah, more taxes, blah blah blah, BP’s fault, blah blah blah, we’ll form a blue-ribbon commission, blah blah blah. No answers, no direction, no concrete information. It totally sucked.
And Obama didn’t even have a straw…
My favorite line was one of the opening one’s from Keith Olbermann:
“It was a great speech if you were on another planet for the last 57 days.”
Ouch.
The trio of liberal analysts are just now figuring out what conservatives have known for over a year… Barack Obama is an ineffectual president who is all talk and no walk.
There was mocking of “Nobel Prize” winners, Obama’s lack of leadership, lack of details and specificity, lack of chain of command, lack of clarity, and oh, dear, so much, much more.
