Heh, good luck with that. Short of the cyberwarfare specialists in the military (most of which the Pentagon axed) and a handful of specialists and contractors for the intelligence agencies (most of which have better things to do) the government's tech people are assclowns. Even if what they were asking for was possible, which it isn't because the network was specifically specced and designed by DARPA to resist just such a takeover to keep it out of enemy hands, they don't have the wherewithal.
This isn't about cyber warfare, thats just the excuse.
Heh Badeye's business will be sure to get a contract now!
