As of late Wednesday night the success of BP's latest attempt to staunch the flow of oil pouring into the Gulf of Mexico remains unknown, but a top BP executive observing the live oil spill camera feed is saying tonight that what we're seeing leaking out now is mostly drilling mud. Coined "Operation Top Kill" by BP, the plan is to pump oil drilling mud into the broken pipe to reverse the flow oil back into the well and then cap it.
