During Hurricane Gustav, Jindal reminded us what actual leadership looks like by way of his masterful handling of preparation.
‘Jindal is very methodical and planned out – the exact guy you want to be in charge during a situation like this’, said Sanjay Gupta, CNN’s medical correspondent who had to cut short his holiday to cover Gustav.
Jindal is stepping up again to protect the Louisana coastline from the federal government’s incompetence:
Jindal is still waiting for the federal government to provide millions of feet in boom and to approve an emergency permit for a state plan to dredge and build new barrier islands to keep the oil from reaching the marshes and wetlands.
Jindal is so desperate for the islands, he’s said he’ll build them even if it sends him to jail.
