The Council of Trent was a Roman Catholic council held between 1545 and 1563 for the purpose of ending the threat of Protestantism, and "Liberalism" (genuine Christianity) in the Roman Catholic Church and basically reclaim the "Holy" roman EMPIRE (also known today as the New World Order) from Protestantism. amongst the things it did were: 1. Adding new books to the old testement of the Roman Catholic Bible (the Apocrapha) that gave "official" scriptural sanction to such doctrines as "purgatory" and praying for the dead. 2. Officially giving sanction to the idolatrous doctrine that the commemerative Lord's supper (called the Death Cookie by Jack T. Chick) is the actual body, blood and DIVINITY of Jesus Christ and ordaining the death penalty for "heresy" on anyone that would not believe the idolatrous doctrine. 3.
