Police say 45-year-old Andre Walker entered a Home Depot store Thursday night, took a bucket and a hatchet to the checkout, then began hitting the cash register with the hatchet until it opened. Police say he fled to the parking lot and got in a stranger's car before heading back to the store, where he swung the hatchet at a manager. Police used a stun gun to take Walker into custody. He is charged with robbery, possession of a deadly weapon during a felony, aggravated menacing and other crimes. He was being held in lieu of $60,750 secured bond. To: A K A Stone (#0) Bear, DE is a super drug infested area near 3 corners of DE, PA and MD. Problems in every state and felons can "jump" the border easily. Only thing that surprises me is no drug charges. Guy's obviously a leftie who started on pot, fried his brain and moved on to harder drugs. Very typical of that area. Even worse is the trailer parks in NE MD. I went there once before nightfall and drove around. Really the worst parks I have ever seen and this was at least 15 years ago.
