Justice Scalia informs Solicitor General Elena Kagan that the FEC does not over-ride the 1st Amendment. Kagan goes on to tell him that the FEC is allowed to tell people what they can and cannot say. Here is the audio.
After hearing the pre-marketed PMSNBC et al BS about how this barack rubber stamp tool was such an enigma to both the right and the left.....a true maverick of jurisprudence.......sure enough the flashlights of truth are peering around in this candidate's basement.
Good thing too......as the FIRST nominee to ever combine NO litigation experience with NO judicial experience, I hope whatever reasonable people who may sit in on evaluation of her peculiar "qualifications", run this stubby trojan cow out on a proverbial rail.
