Yes.

The Kenyan is a Marxist and Palin, although slow on the uptake, is far less dangerous to America.

Step up oh gutsy ones. Answer the question and show us your wisdom with a pithy comment.

But not much different from morons on the so called right claiming Web Hubbel fathered Chelsea.

feel comfortable voting for some one who is willing to defer the decision to the people who will live with the consequences.

Why the double standard? Does that mean say Jethro could come over and cut your throat. (sorry Jethro it's just an example). And it would be ok because he would just have to deal with his conscience.

No lucy. Murder is murder and you don't get to define it acceptable because you happened to murder someone who couldn't talk yet.

You claim Israel doens't own Israel but the people of Hawaii never had soverignity over Hawaii.

It may have been a silent movie, but it broke my heart watching him wondering what his chlldren would have been like growing up.

Sounds like a basic propaganda film; I wonder if the director when on to "Reefer Madness." If the dude were so heartbroken, he could have adopted; remember there were orphanages in that era and since women didn't have birth control, kids were available.

If you look into that time, many of the women having abortions then were poor and couldn't support any more children or carrying/having more children would deteriorate the women's health and shorten their lifespan. It was common for many poor women to get pregnant once a year--again, this is before effective birth control became available). They were so desperate that they visited back alley abortionists. I can't even imagine that level of desperation.

Like many, I'm "uncomfortable" with abortion, but I remain an ardent supporter of birth control from Plan B onward. And I've never wistfully thought about how much fun it might be to get pregnant every year and to live in abject poverty.

It is just common sense.

Why can't you take a more positive approach and open your home to some pregnant single women? You could support them financially and see that they get good health care. You could even adopt them or their babies...

But, no, you just entertain the thought of killing because it's "common sense." Well, it maybe "common," but it certainly isn't "sense."

No lucy. Murder is murder and you don't get to define it acceptable because you happened to murder someone who couldn't talk yet.

Most of us get that ending a life of a living breathing human being is murder, even so there are exceptions. We accept killing in war, even when innocent lives are violently ended. We accept state executions, even when mistakes are made and a person is killed for some crime he did not commit. So we do define certain instances of murder as "acceptable".

There is not, however, such widespread agreement on when life begins. Some believe that life begins sometime after the first trimester (position of the church early on), others, when the first breath is taken. Jewish tradition holds that if a pregnancy endangers the life of the mother, then the fetus is pursuing the life of the mother, is the murderer, and abortion is then a duty.

I am not smart enough to KNOW the answer. I do believe that if you believe abortion is wrong then you had better not have one.

BTW, I found this article at http://www.slate.com/id/2187302

By Juliet Lapidos, Posted Monday, March 24, 2008, at 6:26 PM ET The State Department revealed last week that the passport files of all three major presidential candidates have been accessed improperly. Obama's records were breached on three occasions, including Friday, March 14, while the other two candidates' files were each compromised at least once. What's in a passport file? All the information requested in a passport application (PDF). Specifically, the applicant's name, sex, marital status, mailing address at the time of application, occupation, and Social Security number.

Since new passports also have RFID tags, you've got to be really careful with them. Use a photocopy if possible, and if you have to carry the original wrap it in foil so scammers can't pick up the info from the RFID tag.

Andrea Yates comes to mind.

A great example of a woman who should have been on birth control (as well as other medication) after the first child or two.

Do you ever wonder what might have happened if they stopped breeding at the point where they saw the first signs of a mental illness following the pregnancy? But, no, they let God decide how many children they should have--and now there are none.

A great example of a woman who should have been on birth control

First, birth control breaks the joyful connection between sex and the possibility of new life.

Second, the most effective methods of birth control don't necessarily prevent the fertilization of the egg and thus are potential aborficants.
