Corrupt Government Title: Notice What is OFF The Table When Government "Austerity" Measures are Discussed When discussing government "austerity" programs aimed at supposidly paying back "debt" (most of it false created by phoney paper "Central Bank" currency systems) what is NOT "on the table" may actually be more important than what IS "on the table" in showing that such "austerity" measures in fact originate with the same totalitarian conspiratorial "Progressive" movement that created "central banking" and the "debt" crisis in the first place. What is ON the table in government "austerity" programs is usually these items. Cutting so called "entitlements" in the form of Social Security Systems, Health Care (the Owe-bama crap care bill as a forinstance actually cuts a lot of the care for the elderly under Medicare), state based retirement pensions and the like. Raising taxes including the largest money and property grabbers in the taxation system such as Auto Registration, Business Licensing, Gun Licensing, "Value Added" type sales taxes, Income taxes and Property taxes. Now notice what tends to be OFF the table when discussing government "austerity" measures. Gun Control - Even though enforcing "Gun Control" laws is one of the largest expendatures of money and time for local police departments where in cities and states where strict firearms laws are a fixture in their law books. NO government "austerity" program in ANY Nation, state or city has EVER suggested cutting this particular expense. At the American Federal Government level the BATFE and the NAZI copycat Gun Control Act of 1968 it was set up to enforce is a multi BILLION dollar unconstitutional rathole that government "austerity" measures NEVER suggests cutting. War on Some Drugs and Industrial Hemp Illegality - Industrial hemp if allowed to be cultivated legally again it could help to solve many of our current problems even including "peak oil" if that crisis is for real. Hemp could be a source of bio fuels as a forinstance without having to further cut into agricultural land used for the human food supply like the corn ethanal scheme is doing. This is because hemp is a "weed" like plant that can grow on lands otherwise unusable for agraculture (this is the reason that Hemp's kissing cousin Marijuana is also called "weed" in the "stoner" community). Hemp can also be processed into paper, and wood and plastic like materials that would drastically reduce the cutting down of trees and drilling for oil currently used to obtain these materials. (I think Ferret would like this aspect of legal hemp cultivation if we could ever get it). However probably the most important potential use of hemp would be in textiles manufacturing. This is because hemp fabric is a purely natural fabric that is as strong as the many fake oil based fabrics being used in textiles today. However legal hemp is one of the many victims of the War on SOME Drugs. (When I was a fundie I used to follow their ideas on the Legalization of hemp/marijuana to the letter. However since discovering Christian Universalism and finding that the hemp/marijuana plant has so many uses that could solve so many of our problems related to energy crisis, unemployment, use of critical farmland for fuels, artificial cancer causing materials in packaging, clothing etc. I'm having serious second thoughts on this.) However the "Progressive" Elite has not changed its mind on Hemp/Marijuana and stopping the expendatures for this insane war on Hemp and SOME Drugs is not in the cards for any government "austerity" program. Copyrights and Patents - The virtual perminance of Copyrights and the moving of Patents into places where they don't belong (like software, business models and even life forms along with patents given to supress technology rather than develop it) is another huge expense of government and one that largely benifits only "Progressive" propaganda outlets and technology supression at the expensive of the legitimate Public Domain created by the Founders when they created the idea of American Copyright and Patent law in the Constitution. Therefore a good "austerity" measure would be to return copyrights to their original short terms that expired well within the author's lifetime and take patents out of areas where they don't belong and revoke all patents currently in these areas. In otherwords make copyright and patent what they were intended to be, strictly TEMPORARY monopolies designed to further progress in the arts and sciences that would then go into the Public Domain when the copyrights or patenjts expired. However don't hold your breath. THis is another "austerity" neasure that is OFF the table. Militarized Police - There used to be a time when policing and fire protection was a matter for every citizen in the form of an equivalant of a town militia called a Posse. Such a Posse was precided over by a town Marshal or a county Sherrif. (It is my belief that this was how a police force was to be designed under the Second Amendment just as the Constitutional Militia was the way the Military was supposed to be designed.) Nowdays with the war on guns and the war on some drugs and the war on gangs (caused by the war on some drugs). Local police have had to become increasingly acadamy educated and outright militarized in a way that goes even beyond the uniforms they wear. The epetome of this is the "SWAT" teams which are essentially modern battlefield solders and not the old town marshal or city cop on the beat. These new soldier police are often used to break into homes in the middle of the night with virtually no notice just like the similar officers in totalitarian regimes like the former Soviet Union and the former NAZI Germany. Often in their work they abuse weapons called "tazers" which are sold to the public as "non lethal" but in fact can be as lethal as any other projectile and or electric shock when used so that the electric charge goes across the body by way of the heart. (Electricity either DC or AC kills by stopping the heart when it is used lethally). Vast amounts of money can be saved in the police and military area by returning to a Posse (local militia) method of town and city defense and fire protection and a Constitutional Militia method of state and national defense and getting rid of these professional darth vader clones that we call police and soldiers today. (Personally I see nothing wrong with a uniform for Posse and Militia members as long as we still see the face of the members with none of the battle dress darth vader stuff so that we know that the Posse and Militia members are our own neighbors simply taking on that duty just as they were taking on jury duty or other similar local voluntary duties. I believe that Jury Duty should also be voluntary and not manditory like it is now. In fact once we restore the idea of Jury Nullification I think there would be more people taking up that duty voluntairily rahter than trying to find ways of getting out of it.) Don't hold your breath on this "austerity" measure. The current "Darth Vader Clone" police and military system far from being a Constitutional/Conservative is an important part of the "Progressive" power structure that is determining what "austerity" is for us. Central banking - This is not only an enormous expense but it is the CAUSE of the entire "debt" crisis to begin with. This is because under Central Banking the debts that the government owes the bank become the circulating money supply in the form of "banknotes" or more familiarly paper money. The fact is that if the national debt were ever to be paid off there would be no money in circulation to carry out commerce because the "money" IS the "debt" owed to the "central bank" (I put the quotes around "debt" in this context because a debt based on fraudulant activity like "central banking" is not morally legitimate.) Therefore if a government wanted the ultimate "austerity" program it would actually be the following. 1. Audit and eventually ABOLISH the "Central Bank" as the fraudulant scheme it really is. 2. Build a new money system based on gold, silver, and copper (you do need a metal to represent values below a tenth of an ounce of silver in today's economy and as the other "colored" metal (gold being the primary "colored" metal in a metal based economic system) copper should be that sub silver monetary metal.) or if the nation in question does not have enough monetary metal, issue paper money and base metal coinage directly through the treasury based on the gross national product of the nation (the "Social Credit" system). As for government actually going to this ultimate in "austerity" measures FORGET IT. "Progressive" members of congress won't allow even the basic audit of our "Central Bank", the Faro Reserve Bank suggested not only by "tea party" founder Ron Paul but even by the "Progressive" Ralph Nader as well. Now that we have looked at what is ON and what is OFF the table where government "austerity" measures are concerned a patern becomes quite distinguishable. All of the OFF the table items are things where both Government and Corporations derive their POWER STRUCTURE from. The ON the table items also help to consolidate and increase that POWER STRUCTURE by confiscation more wealth and increasing depopulation. (large percentages of the population are dependent on "entitlements" for their livelyhood.) While i'm of the libertarian view that "entitlements" should certainly GO the withdrawl of them should not be so fast that it kills the people hooked on tham. Rather the withdrawl should be done gradually to allow time for other institutions like family, jobs that elderly, disabled and uneducated people can do at a living wage and private charity to take up the "safety net" function that government "entitlements" currently perform the roll of. Now let's take a look at what could be if an "austerity" program that really put EVERYTHING on the table were truely implimented. Take as a forinstance the idea of Legal Hemp and imagine a textile and clothing factory and a hemp farm together in one place. Such an operation would have no age discrimination other than the degree of it child labor laws require. It could pay a living wage in gold, silver and copper or truely "debt" free money and it could bring textile and clothing manufacture back to America using one of the most durable natural fibers available. Police would again be the one time friendly cop on the beat that you could ask directions of. Perhaps thge cop will simply a neighbor voluntairily doing his duty as a part of a local militia or Posse rather than a professional academy trained officer. They would probably be armed with old fashion revolvers again and not "tazers" or automatic weapons to give them soldier like firepower in situations that don't really need it. As for the military we would have less to fear from too because they would simply be in a state Constitutional Militia the same way the cop will be in the local militia. Both will be trained for DEFENSE ONLY as far as weapons use is concerned, not killing for killing's sake. You will be able to buy any firearm you like over the Internet, by catalog or through the brick and morter store. The classic art and entertainment of the 20th century would eventually become available for free distribution legally and be preserved through digital reproduction through the internet. Also several supressed inventions that would solve problems like the "peak oil" crisis will be brought out of their supressive patents and into the Public Domain. The monitary system would be honest and based on either monetary metals (gold, silver and copper) or in the gross national product of the nation's goods and services (Social Credit). There would be no more "national debt" requiring "austerity" measures to service it. However again don't hold your breath because everything IS NOT on the table. Owe-bama lies again. If Owe-bama were Pinocchio the end of his nose would be all the way back to his birthplace in Kenya over this "everything is on the table" lie. ;c)
