To: no gnu taxes (#0) The number of registered Republican voters in California has declined while registered "decline to state" and Democrat has increased over the past couple of years. Republicans are scrambling to register new voters and have managed to increase their numbers - somewhat. California Republican Party Chairman Ron Nehring said the party has made slight gains since the start of the year, going from 30.75 percent of registered voters in January to 30.8 percent in April. Nehring goes on to say: Nehring said more voters are identifying themselves as Republicans in the state and the rest of the nation.
