Just thirty-three percent (33%) of U.S. voters say the country is heading in the right direction, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.
Sixty One percent (61%) say it is headed in the wrong direction.
94% seem to have some cognitive capacity with which to form an opinion.
