Newsflash, Howie. Much of the incentive is already gone, and as an ophthalmologist friend of mine said regarding the additional Obama taxes, "Looks like I'm going to have to do a whole lot less work now."
Multiply that sentiment by hundreds of thousands throughout the nation, and suddenly you have less money coming in, higher unemployment because the productive will say screw-it to the extra work/workers, and you'll end up with fewer taxes still! It will be an unintentional John Galt on your asses.
